Absolutely. OEM/ODM design is one of our core strengths. We can produce custom colors, pile heights (e.g., shorter for high traffic, longer for luxury), and densities. The process involves creating custom color chips and providing small lab samples for your approval before mass production.

Production lead time is typically 15-25 days after sample confirmation. We then ship via sea (most common), air, or express. We handle all export documentation and can ship FOB, CIF, or DAP to major ports worldwide. You will receive real-time tracking information.

Our turf yarns are UV-stabilized to reflect heat. For maximum cooling, we recommend a specialized thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) infill or coated silica sand, which can reduce surface temperature by up to 15°C (27°F) compared to traditional infill. We provide full infill specifications and installation guidelines.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. L/C is also accepted. Every batch undergoes strict QC before shipping. We provide a commercial warranty against manufacturing defects (typically 5-8 years on UV degradation) and are committed to resolving any quality issues promptly.
