Our standard MOQ is one 20ft container (approx. 700-800 sqm, depending on product). We quote on an FOB, CIF, or DDP basis, providing clear breakdowns. Absolutely. As an OEM/ODM factory, customization is our strength. We can match any Pantone or physical sample, adjust pile height (10-60mm), density, and backing type. A custom sample takes 7-10 days to produce.
Standard production is 15-25 days after sample confirmation. Shipping to West Coast USA takes ~18-22 days, East Coast ~25-30 days. We handle all documentation and can ship under standard Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP).
We have a 4-stage QC process: raw material inspection, in-line production checks, pre-shipment batch testing, and optional third-party inspection (e.g., SGS). High-resolution photos and videos of the loaded container are provided before shipment.
We offer free A4-sized samples of our standard products. Custom sample fees are credited against future orders. Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% against copy of Bill of Lading. L/C and other terms are negotiable for large contracts.
