Routine Care & Weekly Upkeep

This maintains appearance and prevents debris accumulation.

• Remove Dry Debris: Use a plastic-tined rake, a stiff-bristle broom (not metal), or a leaf blower to remove leaves, twigs, and surface dirt. This prevents organic matter from decomposing and staining.
• Brush Pile Upright: Regularly brush against the grain of the fibers using a synthetic broom or a specialized power brush. This prevents matting, redistributes infill, and keeps the turf looking lush.

Deep Cleaning & Stain Removal (Seasonal or as Needed)

Address spills, pet waste, and embedded dirt.

• Basic Rinse: Use a garden hose to rinse away dust and light dirt. For high-quality turf with efficient drainage like ours, water should disappear rapidly.
• Mild Cleaning Solution: For general cleaning, mix a mild detergent (e.g., dish soap) with warm water. Apply with a soft brush or sprayer, agitate gently, and rinse thoroughly.
• Target Stain Removal: Act quickly. For most organic stains, a diluted vinegar/water solution often suffices. For tougher stains, use a cleaner specifically formulated for artificial grass—avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or solvents that can damage fiber integrity.
• Pet Area Sanitation: Solid waste should be removed promptly. Rinse the area with water. For odor and bacteria control, use enzyme-based cleaners designed for synthetic turf, which break down organics without harming the grass or drainage layer.
