For standard hybrid turf products, we can ship within 15-20 days after deposit. Door-to-port transit to Los Angeles or Long Beach takes approximately 25-30 days. Full door-to-door service with logistics handling is also available.
We are the turf manufacturer and exporter. We strongly recommend using local, certified installers in your area for the sub-base and turf installation. However, we can supply compatible shock pads and provide detailed installation guidelines, CAD layouts, and technical support to your chosen installer.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, with the 70% balance paid before shipment. For established clients, other terms like LC can be discussed. All prices are clearly quoted in FOB, CIF, or DAP terms to avoid hidden fees.
