We primarily quote FOB (Free On Board) main Chinese ports (e.g., Tianjin) or EXW (Ex-Works) our factory. This gives you control over choosing your freight forwarder and potentially optimizing shipping costs. CIF quotes to your nearest port are available upon request.
We supply the complete court kit (surface, underpad, lines, boards) and detailed installation manuals. While we do not send installation teams abroad, we provide comprehensive guidance and can recommend local installers in your region. For large projects, online video support during installation is available.
For standard designs, MOQ is typically 1 court (approx. 200 sqm). For fully custom ODM projects, MOQ may be higher. We welcome sample orders for quality verification.
Standard terms: 30% deposit via T/T, balance 70% before shipment. For established partners, other terms like L/C can be discussed.
The surface turf is rolled on wooden spools and wrapped in plastic. All components (boards, hardware) are palletized and crated for sea freight. We ensure export-standard packing to prevent damage.
We offer a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the playing surface and a 2-year warranty on perimeter boards under normal use conditions.
