1. Performance Filament & Yarn Technology

The playing surface begins with the fiber. Our turf utilizes a high-grade polyethylene (PE) or a PE/PP blend, engineered for:

• High Tensile Strength & Durability: Resists splitting and fibrillation, maintaining blade structure for years of heavy cleat traffic.
• Optimal Energy Restitution: Provides the right balance of foot stability and energy return for athletic movement.

Technical Note: Yarn denier (weight), face weight (oz/yd²), and pile height (typically 1.75" to 2.5" for football) are critical specs that impact playability and cost. These are customized per project requirements.

2. Primary Backing & Durable Secondary Backing

The tufted yarn is locked into a primary woven polypropylene backing. A secondary coating of SBR latex or advanced polyurethane binds the tufts and provides dimensional stability. 3. Shock Pad & Infill System Integration
