Q1: What is your pricing method? (FOB, CIF, DDP?)

We are flexible. Typically, we quote FOB Tianjin/Xingang, which gives you control over shipping. We can also arrange competitive CIF to major global ports or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for door-to-door convenience, especially for container loads to the USA. All costs are broken down transparently.

Q2: Can I get free samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We provide free A4-sized physical samples of our standard products. For custom color or pile height samples, a small production fee may apply, which is deductible from your future bulk order. Simply request samples via our contact form.

Q3: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is one 20-foot container (approx. 500-700 sqm, depending on roll packing). For larger projects, we offer significant volume discounts. For trial orders below MOQ, please contact us to discuss possibilities.

Q4: What are the payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. For established partners, other terms like L/C at sight can be discussed. All transactions are secure and compliant with international trade practices.

Q5: How do you ensure quality control before shipment?

We conduct a three-stage QC process: 1) Raw material inspection, 2) In-process checks during tufting and backing, and 3) Final pre-shipment inspection where you or your appointed third-party (e.g., SGS) can inspect and approve the goods. We provide inspection reports and photos/videos.
